Frequently Asked Questions
How are orders shipped and how long does delivery take?
All orders are packed and dispatched from our central warehouse using Bob Go smart courier routing. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days to major centres and 3–5 business days to regional areas across South Africa.
Are your Zimvula Naturals carrier and essential oils 100% pure?
Yes. Our in-house range of carrier oils (including Coconut, Golden Jojoba, Castor, and Sweet Almond oil) and essential oils are cold-pressed or steam-distilled without synthetic fillers, mineral oils, or hexane solvent residues.
How are your CBD-infused products regulated?
Our partner CBD products are crafted by licensed hemp/cannabis processors in compliance with SAHPRA Schedule 0 guidelines (maximum 20 mg daily dose and 600 mg total CBD per pack for supplements, or compliant topical formulations).
What is your return policy on skincare, oils, and supplements?
Under CPA Section 20(3) public health and hygiene rules, unopened items with intact tamper-evident seals may be returned within 7 days of delivery. If any item arrives damaged or defective under CPA Section 56, we will replace or refund it at our courier cost.
